The super-light Jet-Tronics dual-circuit valve is equipped with 3 additional functions to the normal switching mode for double-acting cylinders.

1st throttle function:

The retraction and extension of the trolleys can be throttled electronically, separately for both directions. This prevents wear on the cell and the attachment points, which can result from strong impacts. The electronics throttle strongly at the beginning and only slightly at the end of the throttling time, so that an even, adapted movement results when the landing gear is retracted and extended.

2nd air failsafe function:

Approx. 90% of air leaks occur between the valve and the cylinders, because most sources of error are located there (branches, connections between fuselage and surfaces, cylinders). If the landing gear is mechanically self-locking, the compressed air can be switched off after retraction or extension. If this option is selected, the valve switches off after 15 seconds (sufficient for almost all trolleys). A leak after the valve does not lead to a pressure loss and the landing gear can extend safely.

3. manual function:
If the transmitter is not at hand, the valve can still be operated.
