MAX Marine P357 Outer Rotor Brushless MotorThe MAX Marine engine series has been specially designed for ship models. With the fan function for additional air cooling, these motors do not require water cooling. Due to the enclosed mounting frame, the motors can usually be used as an alternative for the brush motors MAX Speed 500 to MAX Power 900 without further conversion measures.
The brushless motor MAX Marine P357 with its 1250 revolutions per volt is ideal as a drive for faster models. For example, we recommend the engine for our superyacht San Diego, where two engines are used. When using our semi-submersible propellers 42 mm and a 3S LiPo battery (rated voltage 11.1V), a 30A speed controller is sufficient. If the full performance of the engine is stimulated, a throttle from 60A load capacity makes sense.
