The electric glider Scope has a wingspan of approximately 2600 mm. Thermal flights or flights in light updrafts on slopes are possible with this model. The model also allows for initial experiences with the use of flaps and airbrakes.
Scope can pick up speed and convert it back into altitude, although its flight behavior is quite docile. However, it is not a hotliner and should be flown according to its model class.
The two-part wing of the model is constructed in a rib design and features ailerons as well as flaps/airbrakes. The large canopy allows for quick battery changes. A 3s LiPo with 2,400 mAh is used.

For controlling the control surfaces, you need a total of 6 servos:
Covering paper is an excellent finish, offering a cost-effective alternative to film coverings. Additionally, a paper surface provides a very good aerodynamic effect on the flight behavior. Paints can also be easily applied to a well-prepared surface.
