The fuselage, wings, and tailplane are made from foam material and have high strength values with minimal weight. The wing is built in two parts and features a secure connection via a carbon fiber tube.
The brushless motor is powered by a 3s 11.1V LiPo battery and gives the Freeman powerful climb performance. The canopy has a secure latch and can be removed with one hand. The Freeman is controlled over all three axes. The ailerons are controlled by separate servos, each located directly in the wing. All control surfaces are designed as gap-free Elastoflaps, providing maximum aerodynamic efficiency.
