A fun model for every mood, featuring outstanding gliding performance entirely made of wood.
The sophisticated plywood construction with a pine spar and D-box provides the madMAXX with the necessary strength to fly like a hotliner. With the suggested motorization, the model climbs powerfully and vertically to 150m in just a few seconds. The base speed in gliding flight allows for covering large areas. With the chosen profile, the madMAXX performs very well against the wind and can gain altitude effectively using thermals. Its strength lies in fast and aerobatic flight. Especially in ridge lift with the right wind strength, it feels particularly at home, allowing you to fully exploit the model's potential. Landing with the 4-flap wing is relaxed and uneventful; with a little practice, you can land precisely in front of your feet.
The wing is constructed in two parts, the horizontal stabilizer is removable, and the servo connections are automatically connected with spring contacts when mounting the wing onto the fuselage.
The madMAXX is delivered as a complete kit. All small parts necessary for building the model are included in the kit, except for glue, servos, covering, and propulsion.
