For the trainer model Shorty, we offer a complete drive set. This consists of the coordinated components: actro-n 28-4-880 brushless motor, actrocon 30 speed controller, CAMcarbon light propeller 11×4.5", propeller hub 4.0mm, and 2 AN-12-MGBBA servos.
If the optional tow coupling is to be installed in the model, an additional AN-12-MGBBA servo (order no. 7003/74) is required.
A 2S LiPo or 3S LiPo battery with approximately 2400 mAh is recommended as the drive battery (not included). With a 2S setup, the model can be controlled very well at slow flight speeds, making it ideal for learning to control a powered model. For towing small gliders, we recommend the version with a 3S LiPo.

The name "Aeronaut", based from the Greek Symbol for air and water, was chosen for the company in the 1970's as they stepped into the RC industry.
