Two-component epoxy resin adhesive Solvent-free two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin for highest loads. The working time is up to 120 minutes. UHU plus endfest 90min is very versatile, especially when the joint has to withstand extreme loads. The mixing ratio is 1:1 binder and hardener (volume) in most cases. After mixing, there is a limited time - the pot life - to process the adhesives.
In addition to a high final strength (up to 3000N/cm²), the adhesive bond is characterised by very high impact strength, ageing and moisture resistance.

ProcessingAdhesive surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (strands of equal length). Apply adhesive on one side, on both sides for rough materials. Join parts in a snug fit without pressing.
