Spray primer:
Superfine spray primer - the first step to a perfect paint job. High coverage and adhesion without closing the model details. Light scratches and unevenness are evened out by the primer/primer. This is available in different container sizes (100ml/180ml) and color shades.
The primers are suitable for the following surfaces/materials: plastic (ABS, polystyrene (PS)), metal (steel, aluminum, die-cast (zinc die-cast)), wood, ceramics.
The primed surface can also be wet-sanded or sanded before the paint is applied. For this we recommend the TAMIYA sandpaper and sanding sponges, these can be used dry and wet and are available in grits from 320 to 3,200.
TIP:

TIP:
- Basic information on the selection of primers: White primers are excellent for light paint/color applications and light gray or gray primers for dark paint/color applications.
- When painting red tones (e.g. TS-8 Italian Red) prepare the model with the primer "Pink" (300087146), this will make the subsequent red tone on the model shine stronger and with more depth.
- If you want to age, weather or add wear marks to the model, it is recommended to use the Oxide Red Primer (300087160). If you scratch and/or remove the subsequently applied paint, the effect of rusting or fallen-off pieces of paint will appear.
