In contrast to the classic model, the Pro version has a brushless drive and an optimized chassis.

The history of the Toyota Land Cruiser LC80
The Toyota Land Cruiser LC80 is a large off-road vehicle whose development was completed in the early 1990s, although initial steps began in the 1980s to replace the LC60 series. The aim was to create a model that was both powerful and comfortable and safe.

Toyota took on the challenge of maintaining off-road capabilities while increasing comfort and safety. To do this, the company used modern CAD technology, numerical simulations and carried out extensive off-road tests to ensure reliability and stability in all conditions.

The LC80 was officially launched in 1990 and received widespread recognition. It quickly became a classic in the Toyota SUV range and helped the company gain valuable experience for future off-road vehicle development.

The model
The FMS Land Cruiser 80 Pro, officially licensed by Toyota, is a detailed replica of the original. The model is built on the FCX10 crawler chassis, which faithfully reproduces the off-road capabilities of the real Land Cruiser. This realistic crawler is particularly appealing to enthusiasts who want to experience the Land Cruiser on a small scale.

Detailed replica and high-quality construction
The FMS version of the Land Cruiser 80 impresses with a high level of quality in the detailed workmanship. The body is made of robust PC material to ensure high durability. The crawler is equipped with realistic details such as side mirrors, sill protection and a transparent window front that provides a view of the detailed cockpit with dashboard and driver figure. The equipment on the roof with a luggage rack and four off-road headlights also contributes to the authenticity, as does the climbing ladder at the rear.

Lighting via magnetic interface
The off-road vehicle is equipped with pre-installed headlights, indicators, reversing lights and other lighting components, all of which are powered via a magnetic interface. This innovative solution makes it possible to activate all of the model's lighting with a single push of a button on the remote control, which makes handling particularly user-friendly.

Pro chassis for realistic off-road performance
The FCX10 P chassis consists of a rigid metal beam, metal gears, full ball bearings and a four-link suspension that performs well even in extreme conditions. The centrally mounted drive unit has a low center of gravity and includes a 2-speed gearbox, a transfer case and a brushless motor. The axles are equipped with wheel-side reduction gears, so-called portal axles, which can increase the ground clearance of the differential gear group and improve drivability.
Compared to the LC80 on the standard FCX10 chassis, the LC80 Pro has more power with an independent brushless controller (6V/3A BEC output) and a brushless outrunner motor.

Maintenance-friendly design
In terms of ease of maintenance, user-friendliness was also considered. The battery compartment can either be folded back or opened with a quick release. All electronic components are located centrally in the chassis, which makes maintenance and replacement easier. Thanks to the patented quick-release system and the seamlessly integrated wiring for lighting, the model is not only robust but also comfortable for everyday use.
