TAMIYA presents the reissue of the Mercedes-Benz AMG CLK on the TT-02 chassis. The street version features a 4-liter V8 engine with 470 hp. The race car has been revised and received a new aerodynamic package, winning the Constructors' Championship in the German Touring Car Masters at the end of 2002.

The TAMIYA model 58722 is based on the proven TT-02 chassis, which offers multiple adjustments for wheelbase, ground clearance, track width, and gear ratio. With countless optional tuning parts, the chassis can be quickly upgraded to a racer. The 4WD drivetrain with a central shaft, double wishbones, and shock absorbers on all four wheels provide a realistic driving appearance and excellent traction. The underside of the chassis is specially designed to be smooth, and the battery compartment accommodates all common battery types. A visual highlight is the wheel hubs, which have attached brake disc replicas.

The included body is unpainted and can be painted with TAMIYA polycarbonate paints.
