TAMIYA presents the Toyota GAZOO Racing WRT/GR Yaris Rally 1 Hybrid on the TT-02 chassis. The original was developed in 2022 with a focus on new hybrid concepts for rally sports. The combination of hybrid technology from the motor and generator produces approximately 500 hp and 500 Nm of torque.
The TAMIYA model 58712 is based on the proven TT-02 chassis in 1:10 scale. This chassis allows for multiple adjustments of wheelbase, ground clearance, track width, and gear ratio, and with countless optional tuning parts, it can be quickly upgraded to a racer. The 4WD drivetrain with a central shaft, double wishbones, and shock absorbers on all four wheels provides a realistic driving appearance and excellent traction. The underside of the chassis is specially designed to be smooth, and the battery compartment accommodates all common battery types. A visual highlight is the wheel hubs, which have attached brake disc replicas.
The included body is unpainted and can be painted with TAMIYA polycarbonate paints.
