The German Fokker E.V (D.VIII) high-wing fighter is one of the best aircraft structures created during the First World War. On the aircraft of this type taken over from the Germans, Lieutenant Stefan Stec (7th Fighter Squadron) first painted the symbols of white and red checkerboards, which became the colours of Polish aviation from December 1918. With this set both colour variants can be built. The first firing with this aircraft was achieved by Lieutenant Emil Rolff on 17 August 1918, who is included as a figure in this set. Furthermore, it received the first air victory in Polish aviation, which started the glorious history of Polish pilots.
The Fokker E.V (D.VIII) model aircraft has a rotating propeller and spinning wheels. At the controls you can place a figure of a pilot inspired by the historical figure of Lieutenant Emil Rolff - the forerunner and hero of Polish aviation. The 2-in-1 model allows you to exchange Polish symbols for German symbols.
Models made from COBI blocks are characterised not only by great attention to detail and historical details of vehicles and aircraft, but also by high quality and durability, which allow them not only to be kept on the shelf as an exhibition, but also to be a lot of fun for the youngest.
