The Premium Servo Cable is manufactured specifically for PowerBox-Systems. The cable is highly flexible, and is made from very thin individual conductors in order to obtain maximum current through the given cross-section of 0.35mm². The sheathing is made of a special material which is also used in man-carrying aviation. The insulation is extremely resistant and therefore offers best protection around the copper even in the thickness of a thin film.
With this insulation a weight reduction of approx. 30% compared to conventional PVC is achieved.
For comparison: The 0.35mm² Premium cable offered here is lighter than a 0.25mm² standard PVC cable despite its larger cross section!
The insulation is flame resistant and much more heat resistant than standard PVC.
