The Premium™ MAXI Servo Cable is manufactured specifically for PowerBox systems. The cable is highly flexible and made of very thin single wires to get a maximum of current through the given cross section of 2 x 0.5mm², 1 x 0.3mm². The jacket is made of a special material which is also used in man-carrying aviation. The insulation is extremely resistant and thus offers the best protection around the copper even in the material thickness of a thin film.
This insulation achieves a weight reduction of about 30% compared to conventional PVC.
For comparison: The 2 x 0.5mm², 1 x 0.3mm™ Premium™ MAXI servo cable offered here is, despite its larger cross-section, lighter than a 0.25mm² standard PVC cable !
The insulation is flame retardant and much more heat resistant than ordinary PVC.
