Powerful position/navigation light in x2 technology - doubled light output and same waste heat! The profile light of the 11mm series is very slim on the outside and also fits smaller models. Thanks to the x2 technology, however, it has an enormous light output and is therefore an absolute eye-catcher even for large models. The new, inwardly displaced cooling surface allows surprisingly compact dimensions with a uniquely slim design.
The profile-shaped polycarbonate cap is only attached when delivered. This can be painted separately, is highly transparent and burchfest. The installation of the lamp is surprisingly simple: With a simple surface mounting only one slot 3x28mm is necessary, therefore the lamp can also be mounted on small edge arches or fuselage backs. On request, the luminaire can also be recessed up to 4mm and is available in an even smaller design. The cap must be glued after final assembly.
The luminaire is ready-made for operation with 2S Lipo (approx. 8V). When operating with 3S (12V) the enclosed resistor must be used, alternatively you can also use a 4W-3S adapter cable. Please note that high-power LEDs can become very warm, up to 70°C is quite normal. These lamps with heat sink housing are suitable for continuous operation if an air flow (in flight) is possible. If this is not the case, then switch-on times of 5-10 should not be exceeded. Check the operating temperatures after installation.
The luminaire can be recessed up to 4mm without loss of the beam angle.
Information on the reference power is a pure comparison value between the lamps offered. They normally refer to an operating voltage of 12V/3S Lipo and depend on lamp, operating mode and technology.
Pay attention to the operating temperature, the manufacturer does not assume any warranty for overheating.
Attention: The LED lights are extremely bright! Never look directly into an LED!
