Powerful flash light in x2 technology - doubled light output and the same waste heat! The profile light of the 11mm series is exterior very slim and fits optically also on smaller models. Due to the x2 technology, however, it has an enormous light output and is therefore an absolute eye-catcher even for large models. The polycarbonate cap is only attached when delivered. This can be painted separately, is highly transparent and is resistant to penetration. On request, the luminaire can be recessed mounted up to 4mm or the cap can be sanded down to a smaller size. The cap must be glued after final assembly.
This luminaire does not require any additional cooling surfaces in order to enable an extremely compact installation, especially on the fuselage backs, fuselage bottoms or wing tips. This lamp is therefore only suitable for flash or short flashing operation. To ensure the operational safety of the luminaire and model, there is an overtemperature fuse on the underside of the unit. If the lamp is operated for too long and thus becomes too hot, this switch will switch off the light. This function must not be used permanently to increase the service life!
The luminaire is preassembled for operation with 2S Lipo (approx. 8V). When operating with 3S (12V) the enclosed resistor must be used, alternatively you can also use an 8W-3S adapter cable. Check the operating temperatures after installation.
