BLS 371SV is the HV variant of the BLS 351/352 servo, but additionally with S.BUS2 technology. The servo parameters such as damping, holding torque and dead time, etc., are adjustable in a wide range, allowing this servo to be optimally adjusted for use in all model ranges.
The central part of the housing is made of aluminium and serves to cool the motor. Brushless motor with 5 times the service life of bell armature motors.
Programmable!
The following functions can be set:
- S.BUS Channel Assignment
- Servo polarity
- Soft start, on-off
- Mode selection on signal failure Hold or Free
- Soft servo run, on-off
- Servo position (servo tester)
- Servo center adjustment +/- 300 µs (approx. 30 degrees)
- Servo speed, 0.39...9 seconds per 45 degrees
- Deadband setting
- Servo travel adjustment left and right separate, approx. 50...150% (total travel = 180°!)
- starting power
- cushioning
- holding force
- ID storage
Digital Interface S.BUS
First of all, S.BUS servos can understand both the new digital signals and the old analog PWM signals and can therefore also be connected to any normal receiver output. At the S.BUS interface all 8...18 control channels (depending on transmitter type) are available on one line. The servo is set to the corresponding channel number (address), so it selects its channel number and information from the overall signal and executes it. You can simply connect servos in parallel by assigning the same channel number 2 x or more. In addition, the servos no longer have to be wired individually and star-shaped to the receiver, but can be wired from servo to servo thanks to the serial interface. Fewer cables - lighter weight.
SBUS2 servos (SV) can be operated either on the S.BUS1 or S.BUS2 output of the receiver. In case of S.BUS2 also in mixed operation with telemetry sensors.
