This is achieved by feeding back the energy generated when the servo is braked (generator principle) into its drive battery.
If you use a battery backer, a BEC voltage of your speed controller, the PAD (PowerAbsorbingDevice) supplied with each servo can simply be plugged in parallel to the servo and the servos behave like any other known servo.
A further feature is the slow approach to the neutral position after commissioning.
The rudder and its mechanisms on large models are spared and the model gets ready for use at rest.
