The HEPF GPS LOGGER is a telemetry sensor that provides fast and accurate position detection in real time. To achieve maximum precision and resolution, several navigation systems are used simultaneously. The integrated flash memory allows logging of all data. The logged data can be downloaded with the free MAV Manager software and analyzed on a computer.

The GPS Logger App for JETI DC/DS transmitters can display the current position of the model on a graphical map background in the transmitter’s display.

It is possible to define multiple flight zones as well as restricted areas, each with different shape (circles, rectangles and simple KML files are supported). You can also define an optional alarm when entering/leaving each zone.

For each zone, you can specify the following parameters:

Flight zone/Restricted zone: these types are marked by different colors and alarms.
Minimum and maximum height of the zone: represent boundaries in vertical direction, the height refers to the starting position.
Audio after entering/leaving: set an audible alarm to know that the model has crossed the boundaries of the zone.
Proximity warning: the alarm sounds indicate a small distance as soon as the model moves near the zone and in its direction.
