This sensor measures the speed of a flying model using air to provide an air speed (IAS). Knowing the speed can be very instructive when piloting a model, it can help to determine the stall speed and define an alert when the model falls below that speed.

Maximum speed: 450km/h

Another function of this sensor is to allow the pilot to set a speed slightly higher or lower than the stall speed to which an audible alarm from your transmitter will be coupled. To facilitate the reading and setting of the air velocity, a bar graph is available.
The measurement of air velocity is based on the principle of dynamic pressure changes, measured by a Pitot probe connected by silicone tubes. Thanks to the wireless technology of the Duplex system, data can be directly accessed in real time by the pilot, allowing immediate feedback on speed changes and allowing you to adapt.

Technical data:

Weight[gr]: 21
Dimensions[mm]: 22 x 25 x 13
Operating temperature[°C]: 0... 85
Supply voltage[V]: 3.5 - 8.4
Average current[mA]: 10
