External magnetic speed sensor for connection to UniTest 2, UniLog and JLog2.
With this sensor and 2 magnets, speed measurements are possible regardless of light sources or the influence of artificial light.The magnets must be fixed to the motor shaft, the sensor itself is fixed flat to the magnets in the model at a maximum distance of 10 mm. The bottom side with the small black sensor points to the magnet.
A built-in LED enables simple function control.
As soon as the magnet is approached the sensor with the correct magnetic side, the LED lights up.
While the UniLog automatically detects the connection, UniTest 2 simply switches between the internal and external sensors by software.
