NEW! Good becomes even better! The free software update v2.0 for the Futaba T6K is now available. So that the T6K can be extended to a real 8-channel system. In addition the software supports the telemetry sensors SBS-01C (current sensor) & SBS-01V (voltage sensor) and MATRIX flight modes for Multicopter as well as a throttle stick timer function with variable running speed are available.
The free software download is available on the T6K product page. The ZIP file contains the v2.0 transmitter software as well as a detailed description.
Futaba opens with the new T6K the possibility of telemetry already in the 6(8)-channel class. Due to the bidirectional modulation T-FHSS the new T6K is now telemetry capable. The backlit LC display (128 x 64 dot) provides all important information at a glance. The newly designed menu navigation can be operated intuitively and easily using the JOG key in conjunction with the 3 editing keys. On the back there is a S.Bus port, the headphone socket and the trainer/ DSC socket. As with the T10J, the transmitter antenna is housed in the housing. The practical carrying handle serves for storing the transmitter as well as for transport. By the newly developed, small 6-channel receiver R3006SB (T-FHSS) with full range (antenna diversity), S.Bus connection and the operation with up to 2S Lipo batteries (HV), it is possible to send telemetry data to the transmitter. The new, ergonomically designed transmitter housing impresses with its manufacturing quality, paired with 4 switches, which are conveniently positioned.
