PowerBox Systems has developed a new high-end product to offer demanding pilots maximum functionality and safety.
During the development period, new ideas had to be incorporated in order to meet current requirements. This includes the 3-axis iGyro, as well as the new PowerBus technology, the introduction of which will change the entire electronic design in large models. For the PowerBus we will shortly present specially developed PowerBus servo distributors.
Proven concepts were adopted and further developed. The new Royal SRS with the SensorSwitch can be programmed via the blue, illuminated LC display menu-driven. After the flight, all battery-specific and flight-relevant data are available here as usual.
The Doorsequencer function, as well as the integrated iGyro have integrated setting wizards, with whose help setting work can be completed within a very short time.
The serial receiver bus inputs have become the state of the art in the last two years and have also been adopted for the new Royal SRS.
To be able to operate HV servos as well as conventional 6V servos, four powerful controllers have been installed. Each pair of controllers can be set to 5.9V or 7.4V in the output voltage to provide double safety.
The Servomatch and Failsafe functions have also been extended. The software can now be used to individually set the servo center, servo travel, fail-safe or hold for all 24 outputs. Servo polarity is possible at the push of a button.
Five different remote control systems - Spektrum, Futaba, Multiplex, Hott and Jeti, can be connected to the Royal SRS, partly also with telemetry output of the battery relevant data.
The Royal SRS can be updated via USB adapter and is therefore prepared for future systems or other extensions.
