These CNC manufactured aluminum servo levers are not only connected to the servo via the mounting screw from above, but also with two hexagon socket screws on the side. With these two screws, the servo arm is clamped to the output shaft and still ensures maximum grip even if a screw is lost. Another advantage is that it is now 100% backlash-free connected to the servo, which results in a more direct linkage and also relieves the transmission. The number of teeth is lasered as a number or abbreviation to be able to determine the type later.
Since an aluminum servo horn is also much stiffer than a plastic arm, all commands are implemented much more directly and precisely. In addition, it is of course also much more robust than the usually standard plastic servo arms.
