APPLICATION AREA
SUITABLE FOR:
Ideal for quickly, strongly, and invisibly repairing various materials, such as ceramics, porcelain, glass, leather, wood, stone, and metal. Bonds different materials to each other and among themselves.
NOT SUITABLE FOR:
Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, and silicone rubber.
PREPARATION
Processing Conditions
Use only at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C. The product hardens as soon as the binder and hardener are mixed.
Personal Safety
It is recommended to wear gloves.
Surface Requirements
The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean, free of dust and grease.
Surface Preparation
Degrease the items to be bonded with denatured alcohol. Roughen smooth surfaces first (sandpaper).
Tools
Mix the components in the supplied mixing tray with the spatula.
Mixing Ratio
1:1
Consumption
1 ml = approx. 10 cm² at a thickness of 1 mm
PROCESSING:
Instructions for Use
Press an equal amount of both components into the provided mixing tray. Mix both components thoroughly with the plastic spatula until a mixture with a homogeneous color is obtained. Spread the mass, which can be processed at room temperature (+20 °C) for about 5 minutes, in a thin layer on one of the two materials. Connect the parts immediately and press them firmly together. Hold the objects in the same position for at least 10 minutes. Do not move during the curing process. The adhesive bond will be hand-tight after about 20 minutes and fully cured after about 12 hours (at 20 °C). Do not use the product at temperatures below +15 °C.
Tips
Some plastics, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, cannot be glued. You can test the type of plastic by holding a heated copper wire against it. If a typical wax smell is produced, the plastics are not bondable. Use tape to hold the parts to be bonded in position during the curing time.
Please Note
After use, close tightly. For optimal adhesive results, it is important to mix a slightly larger amount of adhesive. The curing time depends on the temperature. Adhesive will not cure below +5 °C.
Stains/Residues
Remove wet stains immediately with warm soapy water. Cured adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.
Storage Conditions
Store the adhesive tightly closed and upright (tip upward) in a cool, frost-free place.
