CARBON CFRP round tubes wound 45°, LW (3k)
Wound round tubes with high-quality, high-gloss surface made of 3k carbon fiber prepreg in plain weave, clear lacquered. The underlying core layers are made of UD fabric, a high-quality epoxy resin matrix.

Fiber orientation:

Outer layer: 45° (3k carbon fiber fabric with plain weave)
Core layer: 0° (UD-carbon fiber layers)
Inner layer: 30-45° (UD carbon fiber layers)
Interlayers: very thin glass fabric
Features:
Low weight, very good corrosion and heat resistance and electrical conductivity. Very good torsional and circumferential stiffness, but lower bending strength than other tubes.

The coiled CFRP round tubes are ground to size after lamination and then painted.

Tolerances:
Diameter: max 0.1 mm

As a rule, these tubes cannot be telescoped without post-processing.
